GYMGUYZ Adaptive Fitness Services is an individualized, in‑home fitness and wellness program designed to support SDP participants in meeting health, independence, routine‑building, and participation goals. Services are tailored to the participant’s strengths, needs, preferences, and sensory profile, and are delivered in the participant’s home to reduce barriers to engagement.
Services are designed to align with person‑centered IPP goals, including:
- Improving functional movement and physical wellbeing
- Increasing independence and participation in daily routines
- Developing consistency, predictability, and confidence
- Supporting emotional regulation and motivation
- Building skills that generalize across home and community settings
Programs are individualized and adjusted as the participant progresses or goals evolve.
Adaptive Fitness & Movement Coaching (In‑Home)
1:1 customized in‑home sessions
Focus on motor planning, coordination, strength, and sensory‑friendly movement
Supports routine‑building, confidence, and functional participation
Clinical Nutrition Services (Virtual)
Provided by a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist
Addresses sensory feeding challenges, structured nutrition routines, and metabolic needs
Includes caregiver coaching
Behavioral Coaching (Virtual)
Supports transitions, motivation, executive functioning, and emotional regulation
Helps decrease resistance and increase engagement during activities
Reinforces consistency across routines
12 sessions per month, designed to support consistent engagement and measurable progress.

This structure is commonly used in annual SDP spending plans and allows for predictable budgeting.

- Invoices are pre‑billed for three months in advance by default.
- Monthly invoicing may be available depending on FMS requirements.
- All invoices are submitted directly through the participant’s Financial Management Service (FMS).
